Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to spend some time at a local herbal apothecary. In doing so, it was my hope to learn as much as I could about the herbs and other natural products the store offers.

One of the things I have found great pleasure in is spending lengths of time discovering herbs that not only have profound healing properties, but also taste really good, especially when paired with other herbs.

I have been enjoying this herb blend immensely. Partly, I won’t lie, because it looks really pretty, dry and steeped. But also, because it has a few of my favorite herbs in it, licorice, lavender, and rose.
